Q.

Cannot sleep

Could you kindly advise me on this problem that does'nt seem to get resolved.

I have a six year old daughter that cannot seem to sleep a whole night through. She always wake up to either want someone to sleep with her or some excuse thats made up all the time. This breaks our sleep and she cannot manage to wake up for school in the morning. I need to know what is the problem or what can I do, some friends had suggested that I need to take her to a chiropractie.

Please help!!

Something seems to be worrying your daughter. She may be having recurring nightmares or something is making her insecure, possibly at school or even at home. Has one of her Grandparents recently become ill or passed away? She needs lots of reassurance. Talk to her and try to find out what is worrying her.
