Q.

can't talk

my son will be 3 in july but he can't talk or walk like other kids on his age.he was born at 36 weeks.he stayed in hospital for 2 weeks because of jondis and they gave him blood because it was bad .after blood transfusion he was okay.he started walking when he was19 months but he is not strong.he is a clever child when i ask him to do something he will do it.the only problem is talking and his knees sometimes he fall when he tries to run .i dont know where must i take him and know what is the problem.
