Q.

Can this be diabetes or his milt?

My son is turning 3 in july.He has a cronic thirst, and by that i mean he wil drink a 2 liter juice or water and still ask for more.He has an apetite like no other,i am sure he eats as much as his father. He isn'  t overweight,he weighs about 16kg.He goes to "  piepie"  every now and again, but not so much for the amount of fluid he takes in.His legs is always covered with "  bloukolle"  .He is a boy and very busy, but only the slightest bump,it turns blue.He has an iron deficiency,i am giving him chelafer, and he drinks calsuba because he is allergic to dairy and eggs.Do you think i have reason to worry, and have them run tests?

Yes I think you should have your son tested for diabetes. There are some of the early symptoms of this illness here.
