Q.

Can I make up my own eczema cream?

The cream my phamracist makes up for me is about the only thing that helps my eczema, but he charges the earth for it. I know the base for it is aqueous cream. What else would one add?

I presume that the other ingredient is hydrocortisone 1% cream. This combination should be very safe, but you must speak to your pharmacist first before trying to mix your own creams as the concentration of the various ingredients is very important.
