Breastfeeding

Daughter is 3yrs now want to stop breasdfeeding, what must i do have to go to further my studies.

Breastfeeding is really important for the first 6-9 months, but at 3 years of age you may replace the breast milk with ordinary cow's milk from a cup. The biggest problem is often to break the emotional attachment.

Zangi get some Alwyn mixture,my mother used that for me...and I stopped coz is was very bitter.green powder.

I would suggest contacting a lactation consultant who can guide you in gently weaning your baby so that it is less traumatic for both of you.

Well done for feeding for so long and best of luck with your studies.
