Q.

BOTTLES - STERILISING

Hi,

I am back at work - my baby is now 4 months old - and I am expressing at work and taking the milk home for her to drink the following day. Please can you assist me by giving advice regarding sterilising her bottles and teats. The importance, how and what are the symptoms if her bottles etc are not being sterilised adequately.

She is also on rice cereal - I started her with a few teaspoons of Purity Apple 1st foods in her cereal yesterday - and am wondering generally how much breast milk she should drink as surely it is not on the same principle as formula.

Thanks
Mary

She needs 120ml for every kilo she weighs over a 24 hour period. Sterilise your bottles and teats with Milton.
