This sounds like a very bad nappy rash. It may simply be as a result of a reaction to a wet nappy which caused the rash originally, but could be due to a candida infection. Has she had an antibiotic recently? You have already changed the nappy brand so apply Nystatin Cream 3 times a day to the rash. Change her nappies often.Give her a probiotic such as Reuteri infant drops 1ml daily for 10 days.If this does not help try a nappy cream called Bepanthen.
