Blocked noses

Good day Doc. My 7 monthe old twin boy''s have had what I think is conjunctivites for the past 2 week. There is constintly some yellow puss in the corner of there eyes. Over the past weekend ther noses started running and blocking up during the night. I use a eye cream received from my Pead. at a previous ocation and wash there eyes with cooled down salt water every morning and evening but it''s just not clearing up. Now that the noses have start running there must be something wrong, when I cleaned there noses during the night and again this morning it was dark yellow but during the day it does not run much and if it does it is clear. I use Sterimar and Camiflor to cleare the nose and then use the extracting device to get rid of all the stuff inside. Is there anything I can do to help them be less congested during the night. I have Iliadin and betnisol, but don''t like using it. Should I stard Nebbing them again before bedtime? Should I give them Vidalen again aswell? Thanks for the advise.

Your babies are very young and appear to have colds at present.Keep on cleaning their eyes with the salt solution. This is good treatment. Only use the Sterimar nasal spray for their noses, no other medicines. Also use the suction device before they go to sleep at night.Betensol nose drops is a powerful cortisone which is absorbed from the nasal mucous membrane into the body. They should get better by themselves after about a week.
