A sudden onset of a blocked nose is usually caused by a viral infection. We do not routinely advise any additional treatment unless your baby struggles to breathe of feed. Your pharmacist may be able to assist with a local decongestant if truly indicated.

My baby is nine months old and I use a product called sterimar, a completely natural product.
