The main problem appears to be her very blocked nose at this stage. Use Iliadin paediatric nose drops twice a day for 5 to 7 days to clear her nose. She will benefit from using a nebuliser. You should use Ventolin nebuliser solution 1ml mixed with Atrovent paediatric nebuliser solution 1ml 3 times a day. Speak to your pharmacist.

This sounds like bronchiolitis ( and i'm not saying i'm a doctor ), my LO had exactly the same symptoms. Take her to a paed or you should take her to a physiotherapist, they put them on the nebuliser and then they put them over a pillow and gently knock with a cupped hand on their backs to loosen all the phlegm, if your daughter can't cough it out they will suck it out with a very small tube through her nose. They don't like it but it really works. It is actually cute dangerous for such a little baby if she can't breathe so please take her asap.
