Q.

Bladder Opened

baby is 11 months,

at 2 weeks she had UTI and she was not urinating, now took her to the doctor and (Specialist Paedetrician) she put in a very big needle through her stomach trying to find urine which was still not there,

my aunt had a bladder infection and she is 30 so they did the same thing on her now the bladder has a hole and she has to put a towel between her legs because urine comes out,

i had been told by friends that she was very young and if its the same case then by the time she has grown for the toilet she would have healed a long time ago.

I am not sure what is happening here from your description, but can reasssure you that she will not develop a hole in her bladder. In any case your child needs to be seen by a paediatric renal expert and I would suggest that you ask your doctor to refer you to such an expert as soon as possible.
