Bitting Nails

My 2 year old has recently started bitiing nails? What this be? Any suggestions what I can use for him to stop bitting nails?

Biting nails is a common habit in children. It is very difficult to stop and very often the more you tell your son to stop the worse the nail biting habit may become. Try to distract him when you see him biting his nails and focus his attention on something else. Most often children simply stop biting their nails by themselves.
