Her distended abdomen may simply be due to excessive amounts of wind in her stomach, but can also be found in babies with lactose or wheat intolerance or in constipated babies. If you suspect that she is intolerant to milk try her on a soya formula such as Infasoy2 and see if ther abdomen becomes less swollen. At the same time do not give her any wheat products for at least a week and see if this also helps. The umbilical hernia should close off by itself. If it is not closed by 4 years then she will need an operation to close it, but the vast majority of these hernias, even large ones, close off by themselves.
For her blocked nose use infant saline nose drops twice a day evry day until she is clear.

Hi Doc thank you for responding so quick.
I do not suspect wheat at all, as I do not really give her wheat prod. and constipation definetly not it! as for wind it could be it, what can I use Sir? and Doc what do you mean when you say (lactose babies?) and for her nose I do use that Saline Drops, but what medicine (to drink) must i buy?
