Q.

Bee Sting

Hi Doc

My son got stung by a bee on his neck twice. He got stung on saturday and yesterday he had an ear ache. He is 2 years old.
Can you tell me if the bee sting is the cause of the ear ache. He was stung on the right neck side and his left ear is paining.
Please can you tell me if the bee sting is the cause of the ear ache. Does bee stings have any reprecussions.

The biggest concern with bee-stings are a possible allergic reaction, but luckily this is very rare. I do not hink the earache is related and it will require evaluation if it persists. There are no long term consequences.
