Bed wetting

Hi Doctor, Please help, my son is 7 years old and he is still wetting the bed. He's not showing any signs of stopping anytime soon. He says that he can't help it, and that he doesn't feel that he has a pee at night. I always use to let me him sleep with pull ups at night because he really felt bad every morning when he wet the bed and I thought the pull ups will make him feel better, but I read online that the pull ups is not a good idea, so for the last last 2 months he's been sleeping with out a pull up and wakes up every morning in a wet bed. He also limits his fluids at night. but nothing is working. Should I start worrying, is there anything I can do to help him? I'm just worried when winter comes and then it will be a big problem.
