Bad pains

Hi,My name is Nicole I''m 16 years old.

A couple of weeks ago I was walking back from school and got this uncomfortable pain in my left back/arm. My school bag is always on my right arm. Last week my left leg had a bad pain in it,I thought it was beacause of the cold,I was limping. Yesterday i attended a dance class and the pain in my arm/back came back. This morning when i was sleeping the pain in my leg came back?Could you please help me out,do you think I should just ignore it?

Thank you!

You should always take note of any pain especially as it has happend more than once and you are also still very young.I am particularly concerned that you may have the early signs of a condtion called juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Please see either a paediatrician who treats adolescents or go directly to see a rheumatologist.
