Q.

Bad breath- 8 month old

HI
My son of 8 months recently started having bad breath in the last week or so. We have not changed anything ( food , drink, etc) and he eats and drinks well. He has been teething for a while now but still no teeth , have been giving him ashton &  parson powder when necessary. His breath smells a bit " metallic" , not sure how to explain it. What could be causing this?
Your response will be appreciated.

Your baby's breath should definitely not smell bad. Rather here you describe an unusual metallic smell. Sometimes some mothers can smell this metallic smell on their baby's breath when they are teething. This is not a cause for concern.
