Baby' s diet - 6 month old

Dear Dr

My lb is 6 months old and weighs about 9kg.
He is allergic to Cow' s Milk Protein and Soy.
He has 3 teeth and a 4th one almost out (all at the bottom).
He started solids 2 weeks ago and is on rice cerea (2tbsp mixed) l in the morning and veg (3tbsp) in the evening. This weekend I will be adding veg at lunch time and a few days later a small helping of fruit after the veg at lunch and supper.

I have 4 questions regarding his diet:

1. As he cannot have any dairy I am worried about his calcium and fat intake. Calcium intake I intend to keep up with green vegetables but what about fats? Is it ok to add a little olive oil to his vegetable purees (I make my own at home)?

2. When can I start to mash instead of puree the veg and fruit so that there is more texture (eventually leaving chunks and then onto whole food)? 2 weeks / 1 month?

3. When is it ok to add onions to his diet (sauteed in olive oil and pureed with other veg)?

4. The only rice cereal without milk or soy is olle organic brown rice cereal - it tastes terrible and although he eats some of it I am sure he would eat much better if it tasted better. When can I try oat porridge? Or do you have any other suitable suggestions for breakfast foods?

Thanks in advance for your advice.
