Q.

Baby not sleeping well.

Hi There

My baby will be 8 months old on Sunday, I struggled to get her into a routine but finally seemed to have got it right. But just as one thing is sorted another happens.

For 2 nights now, she has been waking up every hour and I struggle to get her to sleep again. She sometimes wakes up 3 or 4 times in 1 hour. Eventually if she doesn't go back to sleep I give her a bottle, then she's nod off again. But then 4 hours later, it's the same story.

I'm tired, and I need my sleep I work all day and still have to look after her when I get home.

What can I do???

It seems as if she is waking up because she is hungry. I presume that she is eating solids now, but her formula may not be satisfying her.It may be necessary to change to a more filling formula such as Lactogen2.
