Q.

Baby not sleeping well

Hi there

I have a 4 month old little girl.Since birth she has been a very quite baby. When she woke up in the night she would just drink her bottle and then fall asleep again. For the last 2 weeks I've been struggling with her.She does not want to go back to sleep again. She screams as soon as you want start to rock her to sleep. She wants to "stand",she doesn't even want to lie down.
I cant leave her to scream, because I have a 2 year old that sleeps very bad and if she wakes up I wont get her asleep again.

Please help I dont know what to do.

You need to wind her well after feeding her. This can often take up to half an hour.
Another possibility is colic although I believe that she simply needs winding.

we are swinging on the same boat, mine is also 4months, she sleeps at 22h00 if I am lucky around 9 and wakes up at 4h00am everyday. I am working when she wakes up she would want to play. Whether you keep quite or not she'll just play on her own until she screams for attention. I have tried everything, her Dr said I shoudl wake her around 16h00 but still she won't sleep until late
