Baby fall backwards with force

Please advise - 10 month old baby often fall backwards with force. I' m concerned as she may hurt herself. I put a pillow behind her when she sits but the chreche don' t always. I' m not sure what causes this behavious. Is she hurt or frustrated? She was on nestargel due to reflux but I slowly reduced and eventually stopped using it. She hasn' t started crawling but is a very intelligent baby as she say quite a few words clearly, rythmically move on music and pay close attention when you speak of play with her. I' d really appreciate your opinion!

Your baby seems to be quite happy and content and her progress is good up to now. I am not sure from your description of her falling backwards whether there is an actual problem or not and whether she appears to be having a fit with these episodes. It seems unusual that she should be having this problem so frequently so it would be safest for you to have her checked by her paediatrician.
