Your daughter shuld be eating a more varied diet now and drinking much less milk. She is old enough to join the family at mealtimeas and can sit in her chair at the table. Put her food in front of her and give her her own spoon to feed herself. Don't watch her while she eats and don't say a word if she leaves some food behind. She will watch you eat and eventually will start eating more.Do not give her milk until she has eaten some of her solid food. Try and reduce her milk intake to 2 cups per day. Of course she should be drinking water and other fluids as well.
