Dear Dr
My son had bronchioltis he got it 21 aug 2008 he screams allot and now his voice sounds like it is going away he coughs occasionally and sounds flemmy
I am giving him Salex drops twice a day now
he was treated with an antibiotic for the bronchiotis by a GP
what should i do regarding the voice issue ?
should he be taken to a pead again?
please help me if you can DR

It is difficult to be sure about what is causing your baby to be losing his voice. This may be due to a viral infection causing inflammation of his vocal cords or possibly a complication of antibiotic therapy with a candida infection of his throat.Continue with using the salex drops to keep his nose clear, but it would be best to see your paediatrician about this loss of voice.
