babies neck

I have a 3month old boy. He keeps his head to the left side and even if i push or move it to the right it goes back to the left. I had a c-section with him due to the cord that was around his neck. He is however a strong baby coz when u put him down on his tummy he lifts his head and keeps it there for long. Is there something wrong with my baby need i be concerned about this.
To top it he was born with his little eggs not in his sack but above his penis of which the hospital told me that it will move down into his sacks by 6 months if not they need to operate is this true.
Please help.

Your baby has a fairly common problem called 'sterno mastoid spasm' or 'torticollis'. This is a spasm of one of the main muscles of your baby's neckbon the left side in his case. This can be easily treated by a physiotherapist so your baby needs to be seen by a physiotherapist.
Do not be concerned about your baby's testes yet. They are often retractile at this age and simply keep moving up and down in and out of the scrotal sac.If they are not down in the scrotum by 6 months ask your paediatrician to see him again.
