Babay not drinking milk - advise needed

I've had to abrubtly stop breast feeding my baby (of 16 months) as I have to undertake an overseas trip in the bext 4 weeks and cannot take him with. He refuses to drink any other milk. I've tried fresh milk, Nido, S26 Gold, Nesquick with no luck. He does not feed well also and wakes up crying at night as he is hungry. Please advise the best way to get him to feed ad the best milk to give him. I need help urgently. Tks.

He is already 16 months old and you have done him a power of good by breast feeding him for so long. He is now on a full normal diet so is not longer so dependent on milk.He will soon start drinking normal full cream milk [the long life kind] once he can't get breast milk when you are away and hopefully will get enough fluid through drinking water, rooibos tea and diluted fruit juices.
