Read your post about your baby having a flat head. Mine had it as well. I didn' t ' rotate'  her when she slept. The one side was a bit flat. I even went as far as taking her for x-rays to make sure that the bones in her head were not damaged and developing properly - which it was.

She is now 16 months old and her head pretty much normal. Only I can notice it though. When I ask others if they can see that her head is still a bit flat and to feel it, they cannot see any difference.

Don' t stress too much. I know that you are, but it will come right. Just do as the Paediatrician suggested. I did and things have been ok.
