Q.

any menu ideas for me for allergy baby

I recently had my 8 and a half month baby tested for allergies as he has battled since birth with rashes and excess mucus etc. The test results came back yesterday with that he is allergic to eggs, peanuts and wheat. Up until now I have been giving him nestum mixed cereal and after having read the ingredients realise he can no longer eat this! Do children generally speaking grow out of their allergies to eggs, peanuts and wheat? Do you have any best food solutions for me for my little one. Alternatively does anyone have any suggestions for me. ive been doing some reading and it looks as tho the peanut allergy is going to be the hardest so survive!! Many thanks!

It is really best to consult a dietician in a situation like this. One has to be very well informed.

My sympathies! Mine is allergic to gluten (wheat), eggs & cow's milk.
I discovered this wonderful little shop, called "One Life", where you can find all sorts of rice-based and/or soya-based bread mixes, pastas, cookies, you name it!
Look in you telephone book for a branch near you! (Yes, it is a franchise).
I also took her to a homeopath, who gave her stuff to desensitize her to the allergies, and now she can eat all that stuff in moderation!
Best of luck!
