Q.

Allergy?

My son tested negative to egg on RAST (previously positive) and negative for egg on SPT. But it seems as if the egg is still making him itch? Is this possible or do I need to look for other causes?

If both the skin test and the Rast are now negative for egg it is unlikely that he is allergic to egg. Look for other possible causes such as milk, wheat, soya or peanut.
