Allergy

Hi
My girl 6 months old and and have problem with eczema as a result her formula is infasoy and i would like to know what finger snack can she eat,because i was breastfeeding so her pead said i'm not allowed to eat dairy products,fish and eggs and also would you be so kind advice me at what age can she have her formula because infasoy ends at 12 months (not sure)what milk can she use?

You won't be giving her egg or fish at this stage and I note that she can have wheat products so you have a fairly wide choice of the usual snacks. She will be changing to the Isomil2 now and she can go onto the soya milk in cartons which you can get at all supermarkets when she is over 12 months.

Hi Levy

My daughter is also not using any dairy and even if she out grows her allergie she will never have milk products, we live life the Natural way and we get what we need from nature (fruit, vegetables and protein once a day) Get yourself a copy of Mary-Ann Shearer's book - Healthy Kids The Natural way (Discem stock her books and products). It is a very interesting read and it will answer all your questions regarding your daughter's dietary needs.
