Q.

Adequate diet ??

My baby is 8 months old and i would like to know if she is getting an adequate diet. She weighs 7.6kg (birth 2.9kg)
6am: 200ml formula
8am: 3 tablespoons Rice cereal (stage1) with formula milk
11am: 200ml formula
12pm: half jar of meat and veg (purity no 2)
3pm: 200ml formula
5pm: half jar fruit (purity stage 2)
7pm: 200ml bottle + zyrtec for inhalant allergies
she sleeps through but wakes a couple of times for no reason.
When can i offer her "finger foods" and cut down formula etc ?
She refuses water or juice and only wants formula

Although your baby weighed slightly less than the average birthweight at birth, she has fallen back a lot now and her weight is now in the lowest 10% of babies of her age. She should be drinking a bit more milk as her fluid intake should be 1050ml per day. Her solid intake is also far less than she should be taking at 8 months.
