Q.

Adding to prev post-allergies

Sorry Doc, I just remembered...My boy was also play rough and tumble with a friend on the grass on Wednesday afternoon...he was rolling his head while lying flat on his back...May this also have contributed to the rash on the back of his neck and behind his ears?

Yes, contact with grass is one of the commonest causes of this kind of allergic rash.
