This is most unusual and to be honest, I am not sure if your baby is ill at all. She does not have a fever and is eating and drinking normally. She may have had a very mild episode of a virus chest infection, but does not sound at all distressed from your description. So complete the antibiotic course and give her probiotics as well every day. Watch for any sign of a fever or any cough, noticeable wheezing and rapid breathing. Otherwise carry as normal.
