Q.

Restless baby

Good day. My son is 3 and a half months now. Lately he doesn't finish his bottles, he is restless when he drinks and arches his back and kicks like crazy. Could it be silent reflux? Could it be his teeth as his hands are constantly in his mouth?

It is difficult to be sure about the reasons for your baby's symptoms. You are most probably correct and your baby is showing the early signs of teething, In addition he could well have reflux which is causing him much discomfort. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see him as he may require treatment to lower the acid in his stomach by using Nexiam. This requires a prescription.
