Q.

Warm feet

My daughter is 4 years old. She complains of her feet getting very warm, when I feel them they are indeed very warm as if she has a fever but she shows no sign of a fever, it's only her feet that get red hot. What could it be?

This is probably normal and is not uncommon in children who are usually a bit younger than your daughter. If you take her temperature it will be normal. As long as she appears to be healthy and she does not have a rash she is fine. Do not overdress your daughter. She should always wear only cotton clothing. Keep her cool at night in particular.
