USN BlueLab 100% Whey Protein & Breastfeeding

Hi, I have been trying to lose weight and decided to use a protein shake. I have been using the USN BlueLab 100% Protein (Whey), I just want to make sure it is safe for my baby as I am still breastfeeding. The ingredients are: Protein blend [Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate], Cocoa Powder, Flavouring, Sodium Chloride, Stabiliser, Non-nutritive Sweetener Blend (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Tolerase™ L (pH-stable lactase

You do need protein while breast feeding. Whey protein is an excellent source of protein. So there is no problem with the whey content of the USN BlueLab. The only questions I have regard the salt content of the USN BlueLab whey protein and the non-nutritive sweeteners, Sucralose and Acesulfame-K. Please ask the supplier if it is safe for you to breast feed while taking these artificial sweeteners and if the salt content in the mixture is safe for your baby. Pharmacists at Clicks and DisChem should be familiar with this product and will be able to advise you.
