Children usually have had all their primary or 'milk set' teeth by the age of 2 and a half years. Your daughter is now 6 years old, so her teeth that are coming through now are probably her permanent teeth. If her milk set teeth in that part of her gums have not fallen out already, the new permanent teeth may grow out behind some of her milk set teeth. Her milk set teeth will all fall out eventually and the permanent set will grow out in the correct positions.
