Sorry for the delay in answering your important question. I am unable to download photos on this site. However it is well known that warts can appear in the mouth in young children. These warts are caused by the HPV virus, the same virus which also cause warts on the skin. Often the virus is transferred from the skin to the mouth in young children. There is no really successful treatment fro warts in the mouth and they usually disappear by themselves with time. However it is important to take your child to be seen by a paediatrician so that the wart and its cause can be properly diagnosed.
