This is a very common problem especially when a child has a bad cold or sinus infection. Try using a saline nasal spray such as Salex paediatric nasal spray at least twice a day when your daughter has a cold. If her nose continues to bleed she may be bleeding from a small group of tiny blood vessels in her nose known as Little’s area and she will benefit from seeing an ENT specialist who will stop this nose bleed problem.
