Is your daughter on a cortisone nose  spray such as Avamys for her sinusitis? Cortisone nose sprays are the most common cause of nose bleeds that I see in children. If she is not on a cortisone nose spray then other causes for nose bleeds such as capillaries (small blood vessels) in the nose which may bleed easily may be the cause. It is best to take her to see an ENT specialist about her nose bleeds just to be sure about the cause and treatment if needed.
