Gen-payne and Mybulen are exactly the same medicine and both contain the same ingredients. As both contain codeine, neither is recommended. Adco-Salterpyn also contains codeine and is also not recommended. The safest fever treatment for your son is either Panado tablets or Nurofen tablets.
