Q.

Ginger

Hi. I give my five year old Daughter freshly squeezed ginger, every day. Half a teaspoon in the morning and half a teaspoon in the evening. Is this bad?

Ginger is considered to be safe to give to young children. Ginger is useful to improve your child's appetite and digestion. It also helps to prevent constipation, prevents nausea and is recommended to prevent travel sickness in children. It should be quite safe to give the ginger twice daily in the amounts that you are using.
