Your baby has a viral infection. I hope that he is not on antibiotics which will aggravate his diarrhoea. Use infant saline nose drops 3 times a day to clear his nose. He will need extra electrolytes with his diarrhoea so give him Rehidrat 100ml to drink after every loose stool he passes.Using a probiotic such as Reuteri drops for at least 7 days will help as well.

Take him to a ped and not a GP - I learned that very early in my child's life. And whatever, dont let them give rhinex spray, it burns like hellfire. If you have to use one ask for illiadin instead.

My child got a runny tummy when he teethed and my friend's child got asthma.
