7 months - how much should I feed her

My baby is now 7 months - going onto 8 months. At the moment sh has 1 bottle of purity (small bottle) , per meal. Is this too much for her ? I think half a bottle would be a more gentle amount for her. I' ve read we are supposed to feed her until she wants to eat, but would it be wrong to have a limit I set for her. I' m just afraid that she may end up obese, or that her tummy might be upset , without me even knowing it. I noticd that her stools have been hard as well , (could this be due to her being overfed ? ) I' m at work and I get to feed her on weekends only. When I feed her she usually eats half a bottle , but I' m told she normally has the entire bottle. I' m really concerned that the overfeeding could be causing the hard stools

Overfeeding will not cause hard stools, in fact the opposite should happen and she should pass frequent rather loose stools. It is not the amount of food that is an issue here but you need to ensure that she is eating fruit and vegetables.Your baby will eat the amount that she needs.Feed her the correct Purity foods for her age.
