7 month baby not urinating crying for no reason

I took my 7 month old daughter to doctor on Friday she had a fever. he gave her the necessary medication and also noticed her urine smelt strong. he attached a little bag to her so that she could urinate in it. the bag must have been broken cause it went to her nappy, hence we could not give him the sample. Saturday morning I noticed her diaper was dry. Could not go to the dr he was closed. She has been crying all day, did not sleep and her diaper is still dry. The dr is closed, what can I do, please assist

Usually if a baby's nappy is dry this is due to not drinking enough fluids and then it would not be with every nappy. It is possible that your baby may have a urinary system/bladder infection. It is really necessary to see a doctor about your baby immediately. It would be best to see a paediatrian today or otherwise to take your baby to an emergency paediatric clinic so that she can be seen as soon as possible.
