Q.

6mos old refusing to take his formula

Hi there

Am worried, my son is not breastfeeding and i recently changed his formula from S26#1 to S26 #2. am also feeding him solids now and i give him orange juice straight from the fruit which he enjoys very much.
The only problem is that he is now refusing to take his milk, he only takes it without resisting in the night while he is half asleep.
i noticed this just after introducing #2 its been 3weeks now.

What should i do? shold i change the milk

Best regards

He may well be taking too much in the way of solids and orange juice. A baby's most improtatnt food is milk, nothing else. Go back to the S261 for a week or two then give him another chance on the S262. Make sure that he drinks his milk first before offering him only small amounts of solids. He does not need the orange juice at this stage.
