6 month old hasn't reached milestones

Hi,

My 6 month old has reached some but not all of his developmental milestones. He still cannot roll over and seems avert to using his arms. He can hold objects and move them from one hand to another but will not grab at a toy or try and pick it up. He cant get an object into his mouth although he does try. He sits by himself for brief periods of time but hates being on his tummy and will push himself up for a little while. Is there any reason for my concern?

There does not appear to be a problem at this stage. He seems to be getting ready to sit unaided which is his next important milestone.
