Q.

4 year old suffering from headaches

Hi,
My 4-year-old nephew is suffering from constant headaches. His appetite is gone as well; he barely eats one meal a day. My sister has to fight with him to get something down. He has terrible black bags under his eyes and complains his head hurts. They recently just moved house and we are worried that it might all be physiological. Is he depressed?

It definitely requires formal evaluation if a child complains of persistent headache and eats poorly.
