Q.

4 month old sleeping pattern

My 4 month old girl used to sleep from 6 or 7 until 2 or 3 and then wake at 7 or 8 again, but now she wakes up at 10 and then sometimes less than 3 or 4 hours later again. She cries and is very hungry - she breast feeds exclusively. What can it be? She drinks every 4 hours during the day.

She seems to be hungry as you say. It would be best to think about starting her on solids now-starting with the baby cereals.
