34 weeks, flu and tired

Hello ladies. I' m 34 weeks now and I am sick for the 3rd time this year and whilst I' m pregnant. I obviously can' t take anything and let me tell you - this summer flu is no joke. I feel so sorry for my baby inside of me, cause I' m so sick all the time with this one. I made my date of delivery for the 2nd of January for now. I want a ceaser which means they have to do me ±  23 December, but I' m going to try and hold out until January for the school years. Then the baby can go to school a year later (hte year she turns 7). It makes a big difference apparently. But I' ve got second thoughts at times. Don' t know how long I can wait still. My question to some of you is: I know it is, but just checking - how many of you had your baby on 37/38/39 weeks with normal birth or ceaser. I mean if I go into contractions the doctor said I must go to the hospital immediately and they can still do a ceaser. I' m too scared for normal birth. But I' ve got this feeling this baby might come earlier. How many of you walked the full 40 weeks?

My baby arrived on 37 weeks. My water broke, I went to the hospital and they did the ceaser.
