Q.

3 yr old waking with pain

My 3 yr old wakes up very often at night with pains in her legs and arms. I have to massage her legs/arms for quite some time before she feels better, sometimes she cries so much that I have to give her a little panado to settle her. Is this growing pains or is she lacking something in her diet?

This sounds like typical growing pains. The pains usually do not trouble children of this age for too long and she will soon get over this phase. Use Panado Syrup to relieve her pain as soon as she begins to complain.
